Kidogo

Big Idea:
Home-based early childhood development in Kenya

Globally, 350 million children don’t have access to quality, affordable childcare. Kidogo works to get African kids to meet development milestones. They turbocharge home childcare micro-businesses to be safe, stimulating, and nutritious franchises. Kidogo’s childcare approach includes safe & stimulating environments; nurturing caregivers; play-based activities; health, nutrition, and WASH.

Sabrina co-founded Kidogo in 2014 to tackle the childcare crisis, grounded in the belief that all children should have the opportunity to reach their full potential. Prior to that she worked for Aga Khan Development Network in Kenya and Tanzania where she managed a large global health innovation project. She has an MPA from Columbia University.
