Dick is a leader in global seafood sustainability with more than 30 years of industry experience. He’s overseen seafood operations at HEB Grocery Co. and Whole Foods Market and founded a seafood sustainability consultancy Resiliensea, Inc., the seafood industry group Sea Pact, and directed the major buyer program at Sustainable Fisheries Partnership. Dick has extensive knowledge of the seafood supply chain and is an expert on today’s global standards, certifications and eco-labels.
