ARC Marine restores reefs and marine habitats. They design and manufacture carbon-neutral concrete products that restore seabeds, rebound marine biodiversity, and protect coastlines.
Tom is a commercial diver obsessed with accelerating reef creation. Since he first started diving as a 13 year-old, he has witnessed degrading habitats, diminishing fish stocks, and the increase of plastic pollution. Tom co-founded ARC Marine to create the largest and most comprehensive reef network in the world. Tom is also a keen sailor, having raced competitively both nationally and internationally.
