Rahila joined Mulago in 2023 to ensure seamless data operations and support the grant management process.

Before joining Mulago, she gained experience in investment banking operations. Prior to that, she worked at a social enterprise dedicated to helping African women enhance their personal and professional lives. In her role, she led efforts to enhance data and analytics usage within the organization while also offering operational support.

Rahila holds a BS in Management Information Systems from Ashesi University and an MS in Public Policy and Management with a focus on Data Analytics from Carnegie Mellon University. When she’s not exploring art galleries, Rahila enjoys solving jigsaw puzzles, reading webtoons, and staying informed about food system innovations.
