Integrate Health creates a local system where a clinic and community health workers function as a seamless unit to deliver primary care to remote communities in Togo.

In 2004, Jenny moved to Togo as a Peace Corps volunteer. She fell in love with the country and learned that over 70% of the population lacked access to the most basic health services. In response, she started Integrate Health, got her Masters in Public Health, and then took the organization to the next level. Jenny is persistent in her work to help communities left behind by the traditional, one-size fits all approaches to development. She plans to scale the Integrate Health model to the entire country and deliver better healthcare to 5M people.
