Cycle Connect finances productive tools that increase incomes of farmers in Uganda. They select income-generating tools (like bicycles, oxen & plow, motorcycles, grinding machines) based on the market and region. They finance these tools based on new methods (alternative credit scoring, smaller down payments, flexible repayment over time), and provide continued support so the farmers get the most out of the tool, pay back their loans, and make more money.
Before transitioning to Cycle Connect Molly worked at SKDKnickerbocker, a public affairs agency in New York City, where she supported the successful passage of the 2011 New York State Marriage Equality Bill. She co-founded Cycle Connect while pursuing her BA at Bucknell University.
